The Role: We are looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Liddell Construction based in Greymouth. The ideal person will be capable of operating both within the workshop & out in the field.
Work will include servicing a wide variety of plant from plate compactors all the way through to utes, trucks, loaders and other construction vehicles to responding to breakdowns across the region, ensuring no 2 days will be the same!
Although we are looking for experience, a real “can do” attitude will be a winner and you will enjoy working as part of a team.
What you bring to the role:
- 2 - 3yrs experience working as a Diesel Mechanic - although Petrol experience would be helpful too
- Have a good attitude and be a team player
- Have a full NZ license, classes 2,3,4, 5 would be an advantage
- A background within a similar industry would be a definite advantage
