Play a key leadership role in delivering vital water, stormwater, and wastewater projects across the West Coast ensuring quality, safety, and sustainable outcomes for our regions.

Key Responsibilities – Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater Foreman Role

• Supervise, motivate, and coordinate on-site crews on 3 waters civil construction projects to ensure safe and timely project delivery.
• Oversee daily construction activities, including pipe-laying, trenching, backfilling, reinstatement, and associated civil works.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients for seamless communication and problem-solving on site.
• Support, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a positive, inclusive, and safety-focused work culture.
• Monitor work practices to ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations as well as quality standards.

What You Bring – Essential Skills & Experience for 3 Waters Foreman Jobs

• Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman position within the water, wastewater, stormwater, or general civil infrastructure sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding of civil construction methodologies, safety, and best practice with 3 waters projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and support diverse teams.
• Valid New Zealand driver’s licence and right to work in New Zealand.
