STMS | Traffic Management Specialist | Christchurch
Join Isaac Construction and play a key role delivering safe and efficient traffic management across a variety of civil infrastructure and construction projects throughout Canterbury.
We're looking for an experienced STMS who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in safety, and wants to be part of a respected South Island contractor with a strong reputation for quality and delivery.
What you'll be doing
Implementing and monitoring Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)
Supporting construction and maintenance projects across Canterbury
Ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient traffic management on site
Communicating with crews, subcontractors, clients, and the public
Contributing to a strong health and safety culture
What you'll bring
Current STMS qualification (or equivalent under the NZTA Road Worker Protection framework)
Experience in traffic management within civil construction or infrastructure projects
Strong commitment to health, safety, and compliance
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full New Zealand driver's licence (Class 2 advantageous)
Legal right to work in New Zealand
