About the Role: We are seeking a Project Manager to join our heavy civils team based in Greymouth. This role will initially support delivery of the Snowy River Mine project, overseeing technical delivery, and ensuring works are completed safely, to specification & within the timescales. The successful candidate will combine strong hands-on heavy civil engineering experience with mentoring and leadership skills to develop site capability and support our project team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to site engineers, graduate engineers; coach best-practice methods for reading plans, setting out, quality control.
Promote and enforce health, safety and environmental standards on site; participate in toolbox talks, site inductions and safety observations, and support a positive safety culture.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and share lessons learned to develop team capability and improve productivity on site.
