About the Role: Contract Administrator - We are seeking an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join our Greymouth team. This role combines administration, contract support and front-of-house duties to ensure efficient office operations and smooth delivery of project administration across our local projects. The successful candidate will be organised, customer-focused and comfortable working in a busy site-facing office environment, supporting project teams, subcontractors and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Provide reception duties including greeting visitors, managing incoming calls and emails, and maintaining a professional front-of-house presence.
Support contract administration tasks such as preparing and issuing correspondence, managing variations, and ensuring records are up to date.
Assist with invoice processing, purchase order administration and basic accounts reconciliation in coordination with the finance team.
Provide general office support including stationery management, equipment liaison and organising courier/warehouse tasks as required.
Experience and Skills
Previous experience in administration, reception or contract support, ideally within construction, civil or related industries.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
High level of organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable learning project management or contract administration systems.
Ability to work collaboratively with site teams, subcontractors and clients.
Customer-focused attitude, reliable, and proactive problem-solver.
